About this deal

Head rotates both left and right for various lightning directions with 7 positive stops at 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 & 180 degrees Pivoting head - Head rotates both left and right for various lightning directions with 7 positive stops at 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 & 180 degrees

I started buying the Makita cordless products a few months ago and this was high on my to buy list as I often end up working on things as the sun sets. This has not let me down I have probably used it more than my drill grinder and impact driver combined though the driver is in a commanding second place. The light has proven great for everything from grilling after dark to brakes and oil changes as the sun sets after work. The overall build quality is top notch and the grip is sure when holding with cold, numb, or just greasy hands. Maneuvering the head to point at the work I'm doing is easy and steady once it is set. The 2 hanging hooks( 1 built into the head and 1 on a strap that goes between the base by the battery to the swivel joint) make setting my workspace up a breeze. Our grill has a small roof shelter above it and the lights hooks hang it nicely above the grill and allow me to see how things are cooking without risking my phone over the flame. This stays in my car with the charger and spare battery and is a comfort for if I should need to use it. There are 2 brightness settings which are essentially blinding and mostly blinding if you're looking at it but to illuminate a space the light is bright yet diffuse enough to be of real use over an area in either setting. It is not a spotlight and so has low distance use though it has been used to search across the yard more than once for 1 thing or another. stage push button switch enables to select either full brightness (12 LEDs on) of half brightness (6 LEDs on) The flashlight head folds up and down with 7 positive stops and rotates left to right for multiple lighting angles Makita are a leader in power tool technology for professional and DIY work. Best in class for cordless power tool technology makes Makita a safe bet.Im gonna be disappointed when they discontinues this awesome light. Need to get a cabinet full of these.

Es wird auch noch eine Art Halteschlaufe / kleiner Gurt mitgeliefert, dafür hatte ich bislang aber eh keine Verwendung. Mode on/off switch delivers either 500 lumens in high mode, 250 lumens in medium mode or 100 lumens in low mode The Makita DML801 LED torch is compact and lightweight yet perfect for illuminating dark work areas and confined spaces. It has 2 brightness settings; 240 lumens with 12 LED or 120 lumens with 6 LED. The metal hang hook allows for hands-free use and the folding head with 7 positive stops rotates left and right for multiple lighting angles. Features:

mode on/off switch delivers either full brightness (240 lumens) with 12 LED or half brightness (120 lumens) with 6 LED This is my 4th one. Has enough light to battle darkness a few hours before the rest of the world wakes up. Great for getting an edge by working before and after. Great for paining, drywall, mechanicing, plumbing, electrical…
