About this deal

Magigoo PP offers a strong and convenient bonding surface for PP materials without the need to apply tapes or other coatings to the printing surface. The usual problems that I have had were that the filament first layer stuck OK to glass bed using 3DLAC but when I removed the model it ripped the first printed layer off. Use on other plastic based surfaces, including sheets is recommended to provide strong adhesion and preventing the part to fuse to the sheet. Its high point of glass transition (Tg) further enhances its use but with one drawback, the adhesion to the base of the 3D printer is often complicated, especially when making large pieces. Mein Tip an die Entwickler: Gewinde in die Flasche und den Applikator einschrauben, dann klappt das auch!

From classic PLA, PLA+, and PETG materials, which are known for their simple printing, through more sustainable, recycled RePLA + and RePETG filaments to more complex materials such as ULTEM, FLEX, and more. It only remains to extend the Magigoo through the area where the piece you want to print will be printed. Prima, trading since 2014 are one of Europe's largest resellers and distributors of 3D Printers and associated products. The pot of Magigoo is stirred for a few seconds so that the parts that make up the adhesive are mixed.

The blend of polymers used as binders in BASF's metal filaments are prone to warping during cooling. Only negative is yes its a bit expensive, but in my opinion totally worth the money for time invested in failed prints etc.

Bottle must not be squeezed when cap is off any other time as it may result in glue popping out of the bottle. Regardless of you being a hobbyist or professional – it is extremely rewarding to have a 30 hour print complete without any warping and having it release easily once cooled. Some mention that it's worth the money for the time invested in failed projects, while others say that it is a bit expensive and not good for expensive product. All you need for sure adhesion of 3D prints Magigoo is an easy to use 3D printing adhesive designed to address 'the first layer not sticking problem'.

We do not throw away filaments that do not meet the highest quality standards, but after crushing them, we subsequently create recycled filaments, in the form of RePLA+ and RePETG. Magigoo HT is the professional solution for printing and removing filaments such as PEKK, PEEK, PEI and its variants with carbon fiber or glass fiber easily from the base. In addition the Magigoo PA facilitates the separation of the piece once the base is cooled, needing a simple stop to remove the piece. This is due to the fact that this material has been key for years in the manufacture of parts in many sectors and that there are many filaments with a nylon base ( PA12, PA66 or PA6) reinforced with carbon or glass fibers ( Nylon-Carbon Fiber CF15, XSTRAND GF30-PA6, etc). The attached video was taken after two previous model prints had been done in exactly the same place and the original Magigoo coating still in place.Magigoo PRO PPGF is the stronger cousin of Magigoo PP, offering stronger adhesion for the stiffer reinforced polypropylene blends. No having to worry about if PLA will stick and prevents PETG from binding to the glass bed (ender 3 v2). Mal schauen wieviele Drucke damit möglich sind und ob man annähernd an die vom Hersteller 100 "normalen" Drucke kommt.

But the Magigoo not only works effectively with the PLA or ABS, but it's compatible with many other materials, even with technicians such as ASA, PLA Especiales, ABS Especiales, PETG, CPE, HiPS, TPU and even some brands of Nylons. But the magic starts when printing is ready: just wait for the plate to cool down and then remove your prints with just a finger flick! Magigoo is an easy to use 3D printing adhesive designed to address ‘the first layer not sticking problem’. Over time it needs reapplying - either straight on top, or wash off previous layer with a damp cloth (water soluble).Easy-release: Magigoo adhesive properties are designed to release the 3D print once the build plate has cooled. Everything mentioned above, together with its low cost, makes these materials widely used in all types of industrial applications. I've been using this stuff round the clock for about a month now, and have absolutely nothing to complain about.
