It would be so perfect for a caravan/camping holiday or a staycation, there is so much you need to take with children and this space-saving stroller can be popped in the boot, taking up hardly any space. I would recommend it, it’s so handy and looks lovely and best of all comfortable. I hope lots of parents find it helpful. Would you choose this product above all others on the market? The shopping basket is sturdy and situated well away from the footrest so there’s no chance of a child accidentally stepping into it.
It’s also a slim stroller so it’s easy to squeeze through tight spots and maneuver. The slim design might not be ideal for people with bigger toddlers but this would probably be an issue with any lightweight stroller. Can be used from birth You can’t adjust the handlebar so I feel like I’m walking too close to that brake. I don’t expect the handlebar to be adjustable on a compact stroller but it definitely needs to be longer. I’m only 5’3 and I find it too short so I’m guessing that someone who is 6ft would find it almost impossible. I do worry that the Micralite ProFold will feel wobbly when Alba gets older. She currently weighs 8kg and it’s not an issue at all but I wouldn’t want to push my three year old in it. A smooth ride I cannot believe how tiny this stroller folds up! There are so many occasions when I need extra space in the car and would never be able to fit my big buggy in. While the ProFold’s toggle glides smoothly and remains secure when the seat is upright, some users might prefer a different style of recline altogether. How easy is it to assemble?OK, so we’ve chatted about all the good things about the Micralite ProFold, what about the things that aren’t so good? For me, there’s only really one downside to this lightweight stroller and that’s the break… The badly placed brake The stroller is also really smart, it has a lovely leather bar in front to keep the child safe (and attach any toys to!) and a leather handle which is lovely to hold. On the whole, our tester had no safety concerns about the ProFold, having covered at least 50 miles over the course of a week, off-road, along pavements and in and out of shops.
Micralite's ProFold buggy is perfect for travelling, being incredibly compact, lightweight and folding up in just one move. It is also cabin approved, made with waterproof fabric, and has plenty of room to store all your travel essentials for your little one! Nichola: I love how easy this product is to use overall. It folds so small and compact it's unbelievable (and can be done with just one hand too!)The quality of the design is great and doesn't resemble a typical stroller at all in my opinion. The product looks valuable and is valuable with a nice sized basket (which is essential as a mum of 2 small ones) and suspension making it a comfortable ride and stroll - it is so lightweight too that is glides. The only thing that I dislike about the product is, due to it being so lightweight and it folding so compact, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as other strollers. It feels a bit flexible/ wobbly when on uneven ground. But I can’t imagine you can have the convenience of this stroller without a small consequence. The Micralite ProFold One-handed fold
Day-to-day, our parent tester, Adele, found the ProFold pushed easily one-handed, managing dips in the road and pavements with no issue, and taking hills and uneven grassy surfaces in its stride. The Micralite ProFold is the smoothest compact pushchair we’ve ever used. It actually made me realise how bumpy the Babyzen Yoyo is in comparison. The suspension on it makes a huge difference and makes this stroller a genuine option for everyday use as it can easily be used on most surfaces. In a word, yes. 'It was responsive to push around, easy to steer with one hand and the brake was easy to put on and off, whilst still feeling safe and reliable,' says our parent tester, Ben. 'The ProFold's compact size and light frame make it easy to push around, particularly on busy pavements and in crowded shops, while the suspension makes it a smooth ride.'
