[25] It’s official that the UK clearly hates white chocolate. The Snow Flake was the better version of the Flake, once you open the wrapper it looked no different to a regular Flake; but once you bite into the seemingly milk chocolate you’d discover the silky smooth flaked white chocolate inside. Honestly, why it was discontinued we’ll never know. 5. Heinz Coloured Ketchup The Queen is an avid Rich Tea fan and enjoys a pot of freshly brewed Earl Grey alongside a few Rich Tea biscuits before breakfast. Her favourite tea cake is the chocolate biscuit cake, which includes eight ounces of Rich Tea biscuits. Hobnobs are only suitable for short dunks because it is an oat-based biscuit, so the larger oat particles provide less structural strength to the biscuit. Now comes the stark comparison. A day after opening, and having had secured them tightly, they were stale. Like hard pellets they’d gone from bouncy to plain tough and hard. Not what you want from Jaffa Cake Nibbles that’s for sure! I do not seem to be alone in this as dry sponge and dissapointment has certainly been bounded about.

When will White Chocolate Digestives be on sale? The taste test comes in two parts. Immediately after opening, and the day after. Upon first taste these are pretty much nuggets of yumminess. A Jaffa Cake rolled up into a ball what isn’t there to like. I do find that the ratio between chocolate, sponge and orange was more balanced here. The sponge wasn’t dry and the orange centre was soft and squidgy, making for a good Jaffa Cake. The white chocolate was creamy, milky and was akin to how Milky Bar buttons used to taste. These little balls seemed more uniformed than the other nibbles and were the perfect size to easily devour. The biscuit inners were as expected and as a whole not as sweet as I had expected which is a total bonus. As a whole these are little morsels of wonderfulness and I am more than happy to indulge in Christmas a little earlier when these are involved.

The account says the biscuits will be in UK stores in July 2023, which isn't very long to wait at all.
