Some of them, at least, can be expected to drop with the Soulblight Gravelords Battletome, but, since we’ve no release schedule for that either, vamp fans will have to wait for now. Ruled by Lauka Vai, Mother of Nightmares , the Avengorii dynasty is an assemblage of embittered monstrosities who have abandoned any pretence of nobility in their pursuit of true strength. By contrast, the wolf-blooded Vyrkros – such as Radukar himself, or newcomer Ivya – keep their animalistic tendencies at bay through sheer force of will, though many still devolve into howling beasts. That said, while I can certainly understand those who just do not like this model & concept, for me these are extremely minor complaints, and I quite like both the Generic Vengorian with it's expressive face and nosferatu feel, and especially Lauka Vai with her threatening posing and fantastic silhouette.

A fan-favourite of the Vampire Counts, Mannfred von Carstein is Age of Sigmar’s take on the classic Transylvanian, Bram Stoker-esque vampire lord. The Mortarch of Night, he has the usual Soulblight penchant for scheming, conspiring, and conniving, but is the closest anyone will likely get to becoming the Undying King’s right-hand man. A brutal ruler and effective warlord, Mannfred is Nagash’s ace in the hole when it comes to territorial conquest. Personally, I love both separate halves of the model. They look stunning, especially in person (tho mine are still on sprue). GW has really went into a higher gear with modelling lately (I have assembled Be'lakor recently and it's another amazing model). But the combined model is meh to me, looks as if they took two excellent sculpts and slapped them together. So I, as many others, will try to make two separate models by converting a head and lower body to these halves, respectively.On the tabletop, the variety of Vyrkos Heroes, including Radukar the Beast and Belladamma Volga, all count as generals if taken in a Vyrkos army. That makes them a great option for players who like strong support from leaders and Wizards. The Kastelai are the most warlike and martial-minded of the vampire dynasties. These vampires reside in the Crimson Keep, a magical castle that has a tendency to translocate from place to place. Lauka Vai Mother Of Nightmares Components A hideous amalgamation of bat, drake, and humanoid body, Vai is nevertheless possessed with a sliver of self-control and even conscience. She remembers the pride she felt as a fierce warrior queen, and she hasn’t allowed herself to succumb completely to her instincts. This was a fun read. The character development is excellent and the story is decent, if not a hit predictable. Annandale is very good at describing the environments and appearance of characters, and I believe this is what really made this book great. The image he paints of the city, the countryside, battles, and other locations really gives the reader a great idea of what he is trying to convey in his writing.

As it turns out, rumours of Radukar the Wolf’s demise have been greatly exaggerated. Now known as the Beast, his animal rage has been unleashed.
