Came across this on social media, i am always hesitant with ads like this but I had been noticing hearing problems and thought this was something I could try.. (plus i thought it would be pretty cool to see what my ear looks like!) Product comes assembled with a bit of charge. (App tells you charge level and estimated time before charging) Dived straight into an ear. Was a bit of a brain teaser to synchronise my hands with what I wanted to do on screen, but after a while it becomes second nature. (When twisting and pivoting etc, while looking at the screen..) ear wasn't all too bad. Some gunky wax, most of which I left as it is good to have some wax in your ears. Will use once per month for maintenance as it’s such an in depth clean, I don’t think I’ll need to use this weekly by any means… I mean how long was all that sitting there for? It’s just gross but really good gross when it’s all outFor a better user experience, we recommend replacing the ear tip every 2-3 months (this can be adjusted according to the frequency of use) I think my product is faulty, what is your policy?

Thankfully with the practice of the 1st ear, I managed to slowly pry and twist and scoop this large chunk of 'something' out my ear. (In one piece!)
