About this deal

As mentioned earlier, not all of the accessories apply to the new HEA paint sprayer. Where before you had to put a matching filter in the handgrip of the machine, now you no longer need this. The HEA paint sprayer is available in four variants in total, two lighter models and two heavier models with more power. The material used in the fabrication makes the difference distinct: two models have plastic (R) housings and two have metal (M) housings. Where consumers would consider using the plastic variants, the professional would probably go for the more robust metal machines. This new technology gives even better and fuller spray than Airless technology, currently the highest standard in the market. Thanks partly to the new technology, the machine can spray all the usual materials using less power, which makes it far more efficient than its predecessors. Also, they have paid due attention to the spray gun. Now it fits even better in your hand and has a more sensitive two-finger trigger. The whole gun is made of high quality metals. What is a HEA paint sprayer

Always apply several coats of the material (see the manufacturer’s instructions). The paint must be suitable for use with the surface/old paint. Prime untreated wood or plastics with a protective primer to improve adhesion and metal with a rustproofing product. One of the primary reasons I chose the Wagner Control Pro 250M is its unparalleled versatility and ease of use. The fact that it is compatible with both water and solvent-based materials is what makes it the perfect choice for virtually any project, from paints and varnishes to wood preservatives and beyond. Besides reducing overspray, Wagner HEA Control PRO gives you more control. Whereas you often had to overlap your strokes before, the softer spray fanning out of the HEA paint sprayer means you can avoid this. Your strokes will look smoother and neater, making it is easy to place them beside each other instead of having to (partially) overlap them. Just like Wagner Control Pro 150 HEA technology, it also optimizes paint usage, reduces material waste, and saves on paint costs by minimizing overspray. This makes it a cost-effective choice for medium to large projects. The inclusion of a carrying handle makes it easy to change work locations without hassle. It adds to the overall portability of the equipment, enhancing convenience during large projects. Direct paint intake The Control Pro 250 R is from a completely new generation of Airless paint sprayers, which are equipped with High Efficiency Airless, or HEA technology. This is based on innovative nozzle technology combined with a highly efficient but pressure-reduced pump.

HVLP, on the other hand, may offer a slightly less attractive spray pattern, but it is friendlier and easier to use, produces less overspray and is also suitable for a wide range of jobs. Better said: it is especially suitable for smaller areas and less intensive use. Disconnect the suction and the return hoses, release the inlet ball valve that is situated at the bottom, and try priming again.

Common projects for this type of paint sprayer include: indoor and exterior walls, wooden sheds, ships (especially two-component paints). Furniture, doors, floors, impregnation projects, etc.
