Would use this company again. Fitting the Cap to the Washer may require more force. It may also result in a white 'stress' ring forming around the perimeter of the cap. This effect can be easily confirmed, by examining vehicles that use hinge-caps over the number-plate fixings. Even on cars less than 6 months old, zinc-coated screws will show signs of advanced corrosion. The fixings you are using are too large for the Washer. This prevents the Washer from flexing as the Cap is being pushed on. You are not using the correct technique to fit the Cap to the Washer. Because Snap-Caps are designed and moulded to very fine tolerances, the caps cannot be pushed on "flat". What types of fixings will work with Snap-Caps?

Rather than making a cap (like everyone else) that doesn't work, Pro-Dec set about a radical re-design: I need a method to cover screws for a high end client at a blue chip event and Snap-caps fitted the bill perfectly, not only was the product great the range of colours gave a perfect finish.
