We chose only the most durable and precious raw materials such as our all-vegetable tanned leather, which is exclusive to Yuketen luggage products, or our American naked leather unique for its heavy, thick, and soft characteristics. What sets them apart is their meticulous approach to crafting each product in-house, from inception to completion. Created in 1997 by Yuki Matsuda of Yuketen fame, Monitaly takes its name from three of Yuki's biggest loves - his daughter Monica, Italy and the military.In between these factors which are opposed, aims to have its own balance and stance of "creation which hasforever existed but never existed" and "unpredictableness with dignity"by being particular in colors and patterns,and by conducting the unique blend and switch for the way of adopting materials and how modern life is lived. Their collection stands as a testament to this ethos, presenting thoughtfully designed pieces that draw on the wealth of wisdom and expertise accumulated by the brand's designer, Ichiro Nakatsu, from vintage military and workwear realms. Growing up in Japan, Daiki Suzuki held a reverence for American sportswear—a sentiment that ignited his aspiration. During Yuki’s quests for American rarities, he befriended several footwear, luggage, leather, and blanket artisans whose personalities and skills are more beautiful and pure than their output. Yuketen exists from the lessons and heritage gleaned from these men and women, our respected predecessors. Yuketen products’ finishing touches are made by the owner’s individual insignias; the outline of their footprint, crease-marks from the bend of their ankle, imprints from their hands, colour shed from their skin, and mementos of their lifetime. The "K" in its name is a nod to Kojima, hailed as the "Denim Capital" of Japan, encapsulating the brand's deep-rooted association with craftsmanship. Presently, Toshikiyo, as the president, and his son Kiro, the head designer, lead Kapital in perfect harmony, intertwining traditional heritage with a modern sensibility.

Engineered Garments strives to craft garments that encapsulate that cherished essence, becoming an extension of the wearer's identity through the journey of wearing them.
