Of these options, the AX210 is the most versatile. Still, its 6GHz band is only officially supported in Windows 11. A special software driver is necessary to make it work with Windows 10. Mostly it really is a shame for you and customers that the PC disappoints those who want WiFi6/6E. I doubt that it doesn’t work because it was assembled in Mexico. These things are built for the US market, like many other electronics, and should conform to regional specs. Dell wouldn’t cross that line.
