About this deal

Super Ghostbusters, released on November 20, 2018, is the third studio album by Swedish Heavy Metal musician Vargskelethor. A radical contrast from his traditional sound, the album shifts to avant-garde Comedy Music, more in line with the leftfield humor of his livestreams as Vinesauce Joel. Heavily influenced by the likes of Frank Zappa, Captain Beefheart, and especially Outsider Music artist Wesley Willis, the album is based entirely around various MIDI renditions of " Ghostbusters" by Ray Parker Jr. Hotter and Sexier: This version of Star Wars 9 seems to be far more lewd than The Rise of Skywalker, as it features Darth Vader banging a robot during the final scene. Cursed with Awesome: Getting shot by an evil ghost's magic spell gives the singer superpowers in "Gostbostr", although it doesn't help his drug habits. Water Source Tampering: In "Ghosttbusters", the singer poisons the water supply and it ends up killing everyone.

Ghostbusterz" opens with the singer proclaiming "GRANDMA HAS DIED!" in anguish. After a short pause, the singer clarifies that they're pissed because their grandma owed him money. The cops don't take your calls about a Ratman in your basement seriously, so you have to call the Ghostbusters instead. Adapted Out: Implied in "Ghostbusterswars". The characters introduced in the sequel trilogy are never heard from or mentioned, with the singer only listing those from the original trilogy (and Jar-Jar Binks as the prequel trilogy's representation). Additionally, a throwaway line ("Darth Vader — resurrection; complete.") implies that Vader took Palpatine's spot as the Big Bad of Star Wars 9.

Overall Take

In "Ghostboster", the person on the phone tell the listener that it's something important and then says the listener "smells of poo poo pee pee". Odd Job Gods: At the end of "Ghostdubster", the singer prays to the "Gods of Vape" to make the song end. It works.

Near the end of "Ghostbusterswars", the song takes a drastic turn when the singer proclaims " George Lucas is dead." Overly-Long Gag: The entire album is just Joel singing multiple bizarre songs over various different MIDIs of the Ghostbusters theme song, some of which don't even mention ghosts at all, yet still have the Ghostbusters involved somehow. Prank Call: Seemingly everyone is tired of getting calls from the singer for this reason, and eventually the Ghostbusters take it into their own hands to put a stop to it.Horrible Judge of Character: The singer of "Ghostbusterswars" notes that Anakin choked his wife, before cheerfully proclaiming " Oh, what a clown!" Boom, Headshot!: The singer of "Ghostbusterswars" notes that George Lucas died after the wrathful fans shot him in the head. Offing the Mouth: "Ghastbasters" ends with the Ghostbusters (non-lethally) breaking the singer's legs after the latter made a snarky remark when threatened.

Adaptational Alternate Ending: Unlike The Rise of Skywalker, the final scene of Star Wars 9 has Darth Vader bang a robot. The angry fans succeed in killing George Lucas after being unsatisfied with Star Wars 9 at the end of "Ghostbusterswars".

Expert Reviews

I Resemble That Remark!: Immediately after the singer of "Ghostbusterswars" states that Anakin is "a clown!" for choking his wife, Anakin shouts that he "SLAUGHTERED THEM LIKE ANIMALS!" The singer of "Gostbostr" gains the power to shoot web and climb walls, and says you may know him as Spider-Man, or as that homeless heroin addict. Enfant Terrible: According to a throwaway line, the Villain Protagonist of "Ghostdubster" is five-years old.
