This is a great book for Crossfit champion wanna-be's to study and an interesting and engaging book for we fans. Revealed through never-before-told stories and Matt’s conversations with the dearly departed, the wisdom in We Never Die is perfect for anyone seeking uplifting answers about life’s biggest questions.Mat Fraser is a no nonsense kind of guy and he has this presence about him that really stands out from other athletes. Fraser's book turned out to be a serendipitous discovery, offering a source of comfort and solace during a period of questioning. The real Matt Fraser is just an ordinary twenty-eight-year-old guy…who happens to talk to dead people. That attendee reported that he mostly did classic cold reading tricks where he did things like ask one row of people to stand up and said he saw a "father figure" around the area and asked if the number three meant anything to anyone. He truly is amazing at what he does and I walked away from this book with even more respect for him.

I think I was expecting more of a personal detailed explanation of what HWPO means to him and the response it had elicited in him as an athlete, however, very little is explained and even less is elaborated. His messages often provide insight into current situations and major decisions that you may be facing in your life. The book overall was great, although the last 2-3 chapters were super repetitive; it was the most hard to get through. This could include your career and finances, your relationships with friends and family, your love life, your health and wellness, and even your life purpose.
