For students who have already acquired Level 2 Counselling Skills and want to take the next step in training to become a counsellor The role mainly involves taking referrals from children, young people, parents and professionals, in addition to a variety of administration tasks which enable and support the service delivery. The notes, records and information belong to TIC+. The information encrypted is (coded to ensure your data is protected) and stored securely on our servers in the UK. We keep this information for at least seven years or until you reach the age of 18 – whichever is longer. Your information is only accessible to authorised members of the TIC+ team and if relevant the organisation you are being referred to. Nobody outside of TIC+ will be able to read information about you without your consent unless we are worried about you or another person (see is tic+chat confidential?). We want to encourage young people to talk openly and honestly about their own mental health and share the stories of their challenges. If not already held, a mandatory requirement of the role will be the successful completion of a 50 hour training programme which will be fully funded by TIC+*. Prospective candidates must be available to attend the training dates on 5-7 & 12-14 & 19-21 October 2023 (9 days delivered by Zoom) Dates are not yet confirmed and may be subject to change. The successful applicant will develop an understanding of how marketing, communications and fundraising work together in a charity setting. By the end of the role, you will have a clear idea of what marketing and fundraising activities work for a charity and why, and how to measure the effectiveness of these activities. GL17 0DD. You may also be required to attend TIC+ meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK. During the current COVID restrictions, provision will be made for working from home following an induction period and as per government guidance. As a front line service, you may be required to still attend the premises on occasions.
