About this deal

But like I did in an earlier review, I will rate each part of the story separately to let you know which parts I enjoyed the most and the least. Kirill was just embarrassing. he was the epitome of weird loser behaviour, i have no other way to describe it🧍 Can I just say that for a nerd and sociopath, Kirill is one swoony mf. He is so calm and calculated and won't hesitate to use whatever means necessary to achieve his end goal, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional abuse, he is the master manipulator and deserves his role as Pakhan.

Kirill’s heart and actions melt you. The cycle of abuse with his siblings comes to conclusion when we learn why Yulia is so awful. So much to love about all the characters including Maks and Anton ❤️ Sasha believes that Kirill has nothing to do with the massacre or anything related to the events over the last few months I'm so glad the book ended well, and it was great! I wanted more scenes of Kirill taking care of Sasha during her pregnancy, but obviously, we don't always get what we want 😮‍💨How broken Kirill is 🫶. I mean, he’s REALLY mourning her. He’s not like other Hs in tons of books that move on with ow the day after they bury their wife 😑🤬 (I can't even pinpoint Hs since I try to avoid them now). No. For Kirill, Sasha is IT 🥹. She’s his reason for living, breathing, and going on in life. He’s broken and mourns deeply 🫶. I felt his pain ☹️

But one thing that I did hate about Yulia, though, was her Boy Mom behavior towards Constantine. I don't like Boy Moms and never will. I hate Cerina. Because Cerina acted more sad and angry that her abusive father is dead than the fact that her father had been abusing Yulia for YEARS. Anton and Maksim 👀. I REALLY wish I had some popcorn so I can sit with Sasha and watch them fight 🤣 Rina Kent has no business being this funny. There is just something about this series, especially this book that was so entertaining that I have to round up to four stars. Is this peak literature? Not by any means, but if you ask me if this is peak entertainment then my answer would be different. The stupid twists this author is coming up with is astonishing and should be studied. 🌚After Kirill heard about the bombing on the cabin where Sasha was, he immediately went there, where he found a burned body that had her ring and bracelet, which he gave her, and the DNA was matched — he thought she had died. He became a ghostly version of himself. He went on a killing spree, got drunk at her grave every night, and started imagining her presence. He constantly had thoughts of dying, but it wasn't until Maksim told him that SASHA IS ALIVE AND WANTS TO KILL HIM. Here’d the thing, Rina Kent is one of the very few authors of dark romance that does it for me. I read a lot of dark romance but only few makes sense to me (at least in the world that they created 😅). So yeah, she stays on my list. 🤗 The love that these two shares is so powerful, it's a once in a lifetime kind of love. These two are so consumed by each other that you don't know where one starts and the other begins. There is no Kirill without Sasha and no Sasha without Kirill. I loved seeing the lengths Kirill will go for Sasha. We get to see more give from him, how he'd give up everything for her. How he puts her first and worships her, like I knew he would. He builds Sasha up into the Queen she was always meant to be. Are Rina's books exactly like drugs to me? Yes. There are very few authors whose entire work I absolutely love and she is one of them. This is one of those books that I will NOT hear criticism about. I don't care what anyone has to say- this was PERFECTION

STARS for Kirill. After Adrian and Knox, he's another hero of Rina that I consider to be great romance book heroes. There was not one moment when I thought she was actually gonna make a final decision to kill/leave Kirill. And that makes her dull and weak heroine. The story has so many twists that made it hard to wait for the ending. And the ending was everything I needed and maybe expected it to be. And also, I need to mention the funniest interaction between Damien/Adrian and Kirill, they were playing with Damien about his upcoming marriage and how the wife is the winner, and the husband needs to lose to keep her. Karina wants Viktor. She demanded Kirill hand him over to her and Kirill despite it all says he wouldn’t want anyone else for his sister though Viktor is hesitating and doesn’t show any interest (but we can assume it’s end game). I don't know why Kirill was calling out Sasha for being an overthinker and leaving him because of her insecurities when he was the one who didn't talk to her about the fake marriage with Kristina — his brother's wife. Like, please, she thought he had ended the engagement! I think Sasha was right because everything was slammed into her face at that moment. the only things i trult liked in this book were anton/maksim, wish there were more moments of them because i would have happily read about them.

Kirill and Sasha definitely have one of the best trilogies by Rina. I thought when it came to her mafia romance , Adrian was my favorite but now Sasha and Kirill are always so close!! Plus we also get a surprise in this book, another couple I have been going crazy for because I am one of those fools who never saw their chemistry and when they had their intimate scenes , i went crazyy 🤣 but not Kirill🌚 he can do no wrong in his eyes. it was so infuriating to read how he constantly refused to understand or sympathise with anyone else, especially his WIFE! yes you read that right Kirill has a WIFE, in case you didn’t know because he never really mentions it?? I really loved seeing the other sides of Kirill’s character. I went through so many emotions with him over this series but finally we got to witness his devastation of losing his wife. Of seeing how brilliant his mind was in strategizing what he wants his future to look like , was what kept me seeking to hear more of the story. although, having said all this rambling bullshit, i haven’t written a review of my own volition for so long. thank you to RK for writing something so alarmingly unhinged that my thumbs were just TWITCHING to unleash the dark thoughts inside my head. especially one of this vitriol passion. not for Kirill though. that man only hears whistling between his ears because that brain of his is nowhere to be found.

See a Problem?

But what she did to him was super cruel, and Kirill was so badly TRAUMATIZED by that that he was constantly thinking of ways to never let her go. He knew he would lose her if he did something drastic, but he couldn't let her be alone either because he was afraid! You would too if you witnessed her misogyny and the way she literally preferred Sasha less, cause Sasha is a girl... Sasha is opposed to her families plan to kill everyone in Kirill family and refuses to approve the plan, instead she releases Maksim secretly and sends a message. She will speak with Kirill alone to finish this once and for all.
