About this deal

Roll cakes are a classic dessert but making it Galaxy is beyond cool! This buttermilk cake is paired with a cream cheese frosting for an awesome taste, so it tastes delicious and looks beautiful beyond beautiful! 5. Galaxy Popcorn Even with a hand mixer, you can get the texture you want. It might just take a smidge longer, but again… you’re going to save your arm and probably your brownies! It is completely up to you however though! This magical color changing Lemonade is not only a delicious drink; it’s a really awesome science experiment that you can drink. You can drink the colors of the galaxy! 13. Galaxy Brownies I have, in the past, mixed my Blondies by hand. This is mainly because where I take my photographs and make my videos isn't in my kitchen but in my dining room next to a big window. When asked what sweetener was least likely to promote mold, Dr. Londa Nwadike, the state extension consumer food safety specialist for Kansas State University, answered:

I basically can't be faffed with getting my big stand mixer out and lugging it around the house! But what I will say is using my stand mixer made a big difference to how these blondies turned out. So, if you have an electric whisk or mixer then I would recommend you use it for whisking these up. So this started out as my base blondie recipe, it's exactly the same recipe I used for my Mini Egg Blondies (except there's no mini eggs, obvs). Let’s just say, I’ve never felt so inspired and motivated to bake since following them (they are 100% worth the follow! Although you may find your stomach rumbling after having a look through their bakes). So today, I’ve tried some new ingredients mixed together and had a go at creating a new brownie recipe for you all.

“A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…” space age desserts take social media by storm with foodies rushing to create galaxy-themed treats.

Use a stand mixer to combine the shortening, sugar, and eggs. Beat until light in color and fluffy (about 3 minutes). Gradually add in the dry ingredients mixture, until combined. Add the rest of the brownie batter over the top and level. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the brownies still feel slightly squidgy in the middle.

It can be done by hand but I find the mixture has more of a tendency to split when doing it this way. If you are an elbow grease type of baker - don't let that deter you as I have made some amazing blondies by hand. They are just even more perfect if you have the extra welly of a mixer. How to make them It’s the time to have something so chocolatey, that you’ll want to make them again and again. These Mars Bar brownies is exactly that. So unbelievably chocolatey and fudgey they are on a next level. Are you intrigued yet? Anyway. I thought I would start this recipe post off with a statement that makes you go these MUST be good, and then you’ll see the pictures and be like oh heyyy look at them, yes, they are amazing. And I really hope you guys did because I certainly did.

I'm not gonna lie, I can't see myself making blondies any other way now. I'm actually obsessing over what chocolate bars I can do this with next!
