This whole process has allowed Chase Vodka to be named ‘the best vodka in the world' at the San Francisco World Spirit Championship 2010. It is a single-estate vodka, meaning that the base ingredients used for the vodka are produced on site (including the apples used for Naked Chase Apple Vodka).

The distillery is housed in a converted hop kiln barn amongst 400 acres of rolling fields of potatoes, apple orchards and Herefordshire cattle.
This is then chill filtered to carefully remove any other impurities for an exceptionally clean sip with a creamy mouthfeel and mildly sweet flavour. Perfect Serve – Chase created this vodka with the vision of making a spirit perfect for a vodka martini. Despite the name, its flavour is not bitter at all, with the strong aromatic flavour, powerful with gentian and spices. Bright and fruity from first opening, Hennessy also has undertones of oak and once in the mouth flavours of nutty grilled almonds and a hint of fresh grapes are released. We create our own energy from our own on site bio-boiler, Huxley; which is powered using the prunings from our apple orchards, all of our potato waste goes to fertilise our fields or feed our herd of pedigree Hereford cattle, and wherever possible, the fresh ingredients used in our products are sourced from right here on our family farm or from our local and trusted Herefordshire suppliers. Many cocktails simply wouldn’t be the same without a dash or two of Angostura bitters and it’s the complex herbaceous nature of the product which allows it to offer additional depth and dimension to cocktails.
