If ideas aren’t communicated in a way that instills confidence and credibility, then those ideas fall on deaf ears. What about people who have taken those kinds of jobs because there was rent to pay in the recession-era job market and they were promised opportunities for advancement that then never appeared, then found themselves stuck?Would only work if you make plans: "I've added money to the budget for extra training and staff members" instead of just asking for more money.
