You can tell she’s such a great Mum to little Ronnie and even though I’ve always said it’s mad how someone makes so much money doing what we all do - clean our homes - I actually have loved watching her these past few years and watching her journey. Once the time is over, simply hoover the powder off and voilà, you should be left with a sparkling clean mattress minus any stains. When she was talking about ‘trolls’ putting her down (every other sentence it feels like), which is an awful experience that no one should have to go through of course, it felt like she was having a go at me personally through the audiobook despite me never having trolled her - and this was over and over again. I love her so maybe I’m a bit biased but would recommend to anyone wanting to know a little bit more about Sophie or the life of “influencers”.
This book is about someone who taught me to enjoy cleaning and looking after my home and I’m grateful for that. Less of a Mrs Hinch cleaning tip and more of a handy storage trick from the cleaning queen, Sophie has a clever way for storing pots and pans to make the most of cupboard space. I still love Mrs Hinch - I just wish her editing team supported her better to make this more enjoyable to read. Enjoyed skimming this while having a cup of tea in the evenings and I feel like I have a better understanding of Mrs Hinch, and where this brand is headed.
