This book uses CBT at its core to help younger children understand their angry feelings and make the necessary changes to regulate their emotions. The book was written by Luke Baker, a former ELSA! The book is about The Red family and their youngest member Rory. Rory Red is very angry all of the time. He wants to change but is told by both parents that ‘It is just who you are.’ Rory wants to change and one day meets a new friend Yasmine Yellow. Yasmine shows him the way and helps him to understand how he can change. The friends landed safely below. They had escaped from the snowman but Anna was worried as her hair was turning snowy white. Kristoff brought Anna to the trolls. A troll told them that unless Elsa’s magic was reversed, Anna would be frozen solid. Only an act of true love could thaw a frozen heart. These books have been recommended by ELSA’s all over the country. I personally have used many of them. If you need a set of books to start you off then definitely look at this list. Designed to be suitable for the beginner and amateur enthusiast, it will appeal to anyone with an interest in grassland mycology.
