I was looking at the original ScrapBox around 6 years ago, which must have been very early days in the company history. However, I had not long broken my wrist and needed surgery to repair the damage so I thought I would treat myself when I had recovered.For me the main frustration was the instructions, pre-delivery I was send a whole 67 booklet which we used to start with, only to find that the instructions included in the delivery had been updated and were different. There were also a few elements which noted pilot holes which weren't there. I have since clarified this with Morag, but do feel the instructions need to clear this up (in reference to the Open Swing Like a warm bath on a brisk day, the DreamBox is an in-home getaway. I really love that it came with a bottle of touch up paint and it is a really lovely, well built piece and I love using it. I do think the instructions need a bit of clarity as this was the most frustrating part!

Where Can This Product Be Used?

It arrived on my husband’s day off work (he is a key worker so continues as normal) and he single-handily built it for me in between cooking dinners, cleaning, and helping me dress, with my only contribution of passing the correct parts and a few evenings later it was built. I'm in the UK, received my DreamBox, all perfectly intact, every bolt, screw and all the fixings 100% there. All the holes in the right place.
