Review: The third, controversial final album from Seattle's Nirvana should require little to no introduction.

The final lineup consisted of Kurt Cobain on lead guitar and vocals until his untimely death in April 1994; Krist Novoselic on bass and accordion from March 1987 to April 1994; and Dave Grohl on drums and backing vocals from September 25, 1990 to April 5, 1994.
