So when I managed to get some wild garlic but didn’t have any oil to make my own mayonnaise but luckily had a jar of Hellmann’s to hand I decided to try a new version of my wild garlic mayo.Canola oil, Water, Roasted garlic puree (garlic, water, citric acid), Vinegar, Modified potato starch, Sugar, Salt, Modified corn starch, Natural flavour, Dried minced garlic, Concentrated lemon juice, Sorbic acid (maintains quality), Spice, Calcium disodium EDTA (maintains flavour). That's why Hellmann's Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise is made with 100% free-range eggs and 100% responsibly sourced oils. If I’m making a prawn sandwich I’ll happily use Hellmann’s but for Toast Skagen I would make my own.
