Our farm is based in Herefordshire, a county that boasts some of the richest farmland in the world. It is here we grow King Edward, Lady Claire and Lady Rosetta potatoes. The creamy mouthfeel and soft vanilla from Chase’s locally made potato vodka adds a custardy note which perfectly complements the rhubarb, bringing to mind the classic sweet shop flavour. Chase’s distillery based at its own farm in Herefordshire prides itself on using a range of ingredients sourced straight from the farm, creating a ‘farm to bottle’ concept.
