I’m sure I’ve mentioned this in other posts, but one of my favorite things about essential oils is to come up with creative blends. You can create all sorts of exciting scents that aren’t readily available right off the shelf, like cherry blossom-scented essential oil. It’s no surprise that lavender is a favorite of many people. The clean, refreshing aroma has wide appeal, and it blends well with pretty much every other essential oil. You can grow peonies in almost every garden and every situation. But it is important to understand which peony will do best where you live.

Before you start choosing peonies for your garden, it is important to think about the different growth habits that different species can take, and the different flower forms that can be found in this genus, as well as the colour options that are available. Growth Habits Soap: Melt 4 oz / 115 g melt-and-pour soap base. Once melted, stir in 60 drops / 3 g / 0.1 oz cherry blossom oil and pour into a 4 oz soap mold. Wait until solidified before popping the soap bar out of the mold.

When applied to the skin: There isn't enough reliable information to know if peony is safe. It can cause rash in some people. Some people take essential oils orally in teas, supplements or even via a drop or two on their tongue.
