Another thing that's confusing. What happened with Orwell? Because I read his chapters second time and I see nothing bad about him. Besides him not being fated mate to Bella there were no signs of him being a bad guy. But for some reason right after they marked each other, Bella started having doubts and Orwen been described as 'a tool' and other derogatory descriptions. It personally irked me. King Mateo and Callan were shady from the start why Orwell was forcefully lumped with them. In Orwell POV he said that he was happy that at last he would belong somewhere.
