Blow the nose before application. Carefully apply half an inch of Happinose inside each nostril using the little finger and inhale. When inhaled, the levomenthol produces a cooling sensation in the nasal passages, helping to relieve the symptoms of congestion. The lubricating ointment base also helps to soothe irritated skin around the nose. If desired, Happinose Balm may also be rubbed onto the lips, nose, throat, chest and between the shoulders to help relieve congestion. For adults: blow the nose before application.
