The exterior shell is constructed out of a plastic named PEEK, used in various applications in the medical, automotive, and aerospace industries. All of which should assure you that the Crafty+ is pretty durable and can take a bit of a beating. Not that you should toss it around, but since it’s designed to be brought out it’s not the end of its life if you do accidentally drop it.
