About this deal

This is the list of the Mr. Men characters that have been released in French but not translated into English yet. The Cybermen, who just recently appeared on television with the Twelfth Doctor and Missy in the epic Series 10 finale, World Enough And Time / The Doctor Falls, first appeared over fifty years ago! Hailing from Mondas, the Cybermen tried to invade Earth but, thankfully, the First Doctor was on hand to help out in the 1966 classic, The Tenth Planet. Over the years, the Cybermen battled the Time Lord time and again – and almost every time with a shiny new upgrade. Read more here. Must Watch Stories: I can't remember if I had the Mr. Men/Little Miss books when I was little but I definitely remember reading them to my younger brothers when they were little and really enjoying them. I was very happy when I was able to find them to read to my children. Imagine my absolute delight when I found this mash-up of them with Doctor Who! (Seriously, anyone who knows me knows my love of Doctor Who) I admit to not being as familiar with the older generation of Doctors as I am with the new series (starting with 9) but I have seen a bit of them as I was growing up and as my kids have been enjoying them as well as the newer stuff.

Doctor Who | Mr. Men Wiki | Fandom

Doctor Who and the Mr. Men & Little Miss books combine to make an excellent way to introduce young ones to the Doctor! In this installment, the fourth Doctor and Sarah Jane run and run and run away from the Daleks. From the pen of Adam Hargreaves (author, illustrator) who is the son of original Mr Men creator Roger Hargreaves. Dr. First · Dr. Second · Dr. Third · Dr. Fourth · Dr. Fifth · Dr. Sixth · Dr. Seventh · Dr. Eighth · Dr. Ninth · Dr. Tenth · Dr. Eleventh · Dr. Twelfth · Dr. ThirteenthThe text is rather simple and straightforward. Hargreaves aptly captured the essence of the Fourth Doctor's whimsical charm fairly well. I love that the Jelly Babies features rather frequently in the text. The illustrations are a perfect combination between the Doctor Who and the Mr Men and Little Miss universes. The Fourth Doctor depicted really looks like Tom Baker from the Mr Men and Little Miss universe.

Doctor Who to get Mr Men makeover - BBC News

Mr. Miserable · Mr. Right · Mr. Thrifty · Mrs. Thrifty · Little Miss Penny · Little Miss Prudence · Wilfred the Wizard · Mr. Careless · Little Miss Nobody · Mr. Mean's brother · Little Miss Bump · Mr. Beefeater's Family Dr. Men was a series of Mr. Men books focusing on incarnations of the Doctor, from the Dr. Who franchise, published by Puffin Books and written by Adam Hargreaves. This series of Mr Men derived Doctor Who books (one for each Doctor) is great fun - aimed particularly at fans of Doctor Who and the Mr Men alike. The first four books – Dr. First, Dr. Fourth, Dr. Eleventh and Dr. Twelfth – are available now telling Time Lord stories with illustrations from Adam Hargreaves, son of the Mr Men & Little Miss creator, Roger Hargreaves. Well I have a tame 11 year old Who fan and she loves the Little Miss books so hopefully a Dr Thirteen figure will follow at some point under the Little Miss branding and style to tie in with this current Mr Men range. I doubt they will want to stop at 12 and I see no reason why they wouldn’t want to include the latest Doctor at some point. From August, Whovians can enjoy Dr. Second, Dr. Seventh, Dr. Eighth and Dr. Ninth – more details here.
