Mrs Mary Brown: Henry's more serious-minded yet exceptionally friendly wife. In the 1989 animated series, Mary and her husband have a 12-year-old American nephew named David Russell. In the film adaptation, she works as an author and illustrator and is the first of the Browns to warm to Paddington. Visitors will be invited on an immersive journey through snowy festive trees and famous scenes, including an interactive dolls house and Paddington’s famous attic window. On weekdays in November, the Christmas with Paddington experience will be open for story-telling sessions especially designed for pre-school children, schools and nurseries. The Night Before Christmas at The Browns’ House is an interactive story-telling session aimed at groups of young children and their carers and will also include the chance to meet Paddington. Christmas with Paddington will be a magical traditional grotto experience open every weekend from November 13th, and every day in December until the 24th Dec 2021.
