And it gives you this sense of independence, which for someone like me, with agoraphobia,I found to be the most mesmerising, intoxicating thing in the whole world. Yes you read that right, it’s not a totally serious hard read, some of the accounts shared did bring a smile to my face. Within a month, I was running through central London on my own, and I hadn’t been there on my own for years. Sometimes the most trivial things force you out of bed, not the most meaningful and important things in your life. If, like me, you're a runner (ew, but Bella made me feel okay about saying this), or struggle with your mental health in some way, I'd really recommend this book.The sale of customised goods or perishable goods, sealed audio or video recordings, or software, which has been opened. Somewhat preaching to the converted, but nonetheless I found her motivational book to be quite inspiring.

Although running is a very personal activity, I saw many of the reasons I choose to run, the challenges, the highs/lows etc. An insightful take on what it's like to experience, and confront one's mental health while joyfully celebrating the fact that just being an everyday runner can be enough to change your life. She began to set herself achievable goals – to run 5k in under 30 minutes, to walk to work every day for a week, to attempt 10 push-ups in a row.
