I have been doing a lot of gardening and using this cream every night has kept my hands moisturised. New formula not effective for dry hands I've been using neutrogena hand and nail cream for ages and found it effective for very dry skin on my hands. I tend to have dry flaky skin and currently due to lots of DIY I had a dry patch on my hand and dry sore skin on a couple of fingers. I love that it has sunscreen but as I tend to use handcream before bed, I've changed my routine to using in the morning to benefit from this addition. Since having my little boy my hands have been so dry and cracked (I think it’s from all those bath times! It is easy to dispense from the tube, the cream rubs in well with no greasy feel, and my hands look and feel visibly improved. After using for a couple of days there is a noticeable difference and my hands feel softer and smoother.
