About this deal

The main ingredients are sodium carbonate (also known as soda crystals) and sodium percarbonate (also known as oxygen bleach). May be corrosive to metals. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

To get the best results from Ace for Colours it is recommended that you pre-treat the stain as shown on the bottle, then add 100ml of the product to hand washing or to the washing cycle in a washing machine, in addition to the washing detergent. I usually use a liquid detergent. Is it okay if I mix ACE for Colours with the detergent in my machine’s dispenser? If you do not intend to add any other products (e.g. softener), you can pour your bleach into the "other products" section. Anything really grey or dirty gets a soak in an oxy powder (own brand seems to work fine) and hot water before it goes in the wash. Oxy added to the wash seems to help if I run out of Napisan. ACE for Colours is the same product you know and love, just with an improved stain removal formula and a new name! Will ACE for Colours fade clothes with frequent use?Bio-D’s Laundry Bleach is a good choice if you have sensitive sink, as it’s free from enzymes and synthetic perfumes. It won’t leave behind an unpleasant chemical smell. Do not mix ACE with detergent in the same ball or drawer. If you have any doubts about colour resistance, try Ace on a hidden part of the item. Do not pre-wash. Do not overload the washing machine. If product is accidentally spilled, rinse immediately with water. To avoid damage, do not pre-treat metallic, parts or rust stains, do not allow ACE to dry on the fabric and do not expose it to sunlight. For a better result on blood stains, rinse with cold water and avoid pre-treating with ACE. ACE can also be used on soft furnishings unless they are dry-clean only. Do not use on carpets. Follow the garment washing instructions. Warning If you’re looking for a bleach-style product that isn’t actually tough chlorine bleach, then Ecover Laundry Bleach is what you need! All of the products listed above need at least 1 washing machine’s cycle worth of washing, so you should see results by the end of this cycle. It is up to you to decide how long you want this cycle to last.

Before usage try ACE on a hidden part of your fabric. Do not pour ACE undiluted on to any metal partsStain removal with ACE Power Mousse (advertisement feature) We put ACE Power Mousse to the test on a range of stains to see just how well it works! When you’re faced with stains like food, grass, makeup or unmentionable baby stains, it’s time to reach for our pre-treatment sprays – ACE Stain Remover Spray, and ACE Power Mousse for white items. Here’s why… Dilute Ace in water or use it undiluted for effective cleaning and complete hygiene of all kitchen and bathroom surfaces

In my washing machine you have to add the bleach to the softener compartment which meant I couldn’t add softener to the wash.

Where to buy ace

What’s the downside to Ecover Laundry Bleach? The one big problem this item has is that it is mistaken for actual bleach (the tough chlorine kind) all of the time. The smell of most powders is too strong for me so I usually use half powder and half Ecover liquid (always with a dash of Napisan), but as long as some bio powder is used it keeps things white. The highlight of this product though is that it is safe for septic tanks. Ecover prides itself on being green, clean and cruelty free, so by using their whitening product you’ll be helping to protect the earth from nasty chemicals. No. For best results, we recommend that you do not mix the two products, but to follow the instructions on the bottle; put ACE for Colours into the washing machine directly above the laundry. There are pink marks on my clothes after washing with ACE Ultra for Whites. What can I do to remove these?

Pour Ace into the drawer marked with the CL symbol, up to the level guideline. If your washing-machine does not have a compartment with the CL symbol:Put the detergent into the appropriate tray, and pour a little more ACE For Whites into the softener tray. The only downside is that the sachets get mixed results. For example, if you have relatively clean white clothes, then this product will help to keep the white colour in your clothes.
