I was a bit nervous about scratching the “healthy” glass with the razor blade (the instructions tell you to be vigorous) but I cannot see any scratches or damage. Whether you’re using wipes or the 200ml bottle, ensure the glass is clean before use; apply the Rain-X Anti-Fog Wipes to the interior glass surface, using circular motions to ensure the whole screen is treated. Apply with a dry cloth and wipe the Rain-X Rain Repellent in a circular, overlapping motion; once you’ve allowed the product to dry, re-apply again and, once the final coat is dry, remove the final layer with a dry cloth or a sprinkling of water.

The new and improved formula helps anti-fogging protection, and even works well under high humidity conditions - ideal for reducing condensation on interior glass and windows whilst you’re driving on colder, damper days. Worth a go at a diy repair considering how cheap this is. Appearance of chip improved a lot, didn't disapear but it got an old car through another mot. Watch the youtube videos first, they give a better idea than just the instruction sheet.Yet again someone has copied a perfectly good idea and made it un-reliable by cheaping out on the materials used to make it. Unscrew and remove pressure driver from the resin chamber to release any air trapped in the chamber. Make sure there is no air bubble remaining in the break, by looking at the glass at an angle of 45 0. For chips or bull’s eyes, examine the glass from behind the damage area. Repeat step 4 or 5 until your desired results are achieved. Make sure there is enough repair resin or add more repair resin if needed.One thing to note is that the kit claims it is good for multiple repairs, and certainly there are enough curing sheets supplied. In the instructions, the manufacturer recommends you hold the blade at a 90 degree angle. However, I found this hard to scrape any excess off with, so instead worked the blade at approximately 45 degrees to the windshield, and used short, fast motions to scrape off the excess residue.
