They obviously rejected the claim that it was used, but as i can see from other reviews I am not the only person to believe they received a used item. Weve now had it 2 months, and my baby has just turned 1 and not walking so other than being placed into the ball pit by an adult it has had little use yet we already have a broken zip and loose threads and holes from where its been poorly stitched. When you sign up to be notified, you hereby agree to receive only a one-time notification of a product re-availability. Their site states that you can pay via PayPal, but the only option available is to pay via "Bank transfer" ONLY.

I brought more of the expensive sets and every time I take the covers off to wash which is not often all the foam is falling apart.

I treated my little one to a soft play set for her 1st birthday, the variety is great to choose from (even down to the colours of balls for the ball pit!Amazing all round, we had some problems (wasn’t kiddymoons fault) and instantly it got sorted by them and new parcel got sent out! Ball pit bent so the balls just all spill out try to rectify it by taking the cover off and putting the bent viy against the wall with no joy. My daughter was gifted the playground set by my mum, it wasn’t age appropriate so I had decided to keep it aside until her first birthday.
