I thought the texture was very lightweight which is good if you have plans on wearing makeup over it. However, I have drier eyes and it wasn’t nearly rich enough for me. I applied in the AM prior to concealer and allowed it to set. When it came time to apply my concealer my eyes were just too try to get a smooth, easy glide. I felt like I was tugging my concealer on. I typically hydrate very, very well prior but this just didn’t deliver the moisture I needed under my eyes for smooth concealer application.
