Bought as a gift for my partner who has actually had senner brand before and we think these are counterfeit as the quality is nowhere near what you would expect from that brand, and for the price paid. With your index fingers insert the earplugs carefully in the ears and rotate them slowly into the ear canal. Your ear canal will be protected immediately. You will hardly notice it because the earplugs are skin-friendly. We all know it – the endless search for the best product at the best price. The lifetime of the earplugs depends on the frequency of use. Regular cleaning extends the life span considerably. We recommend that you replace the BOLLSEN earplugs after four months of daily use. Earplugs that are not used daily will last longer.
The BOLLSEN Music Sound PRO are designed for long wearing, the material is made of high-quality medical silicone (Made in EU) and the two lamellas adapt particularly well to your ear canal. The following is a brief comparison between BOLLSEN Music Sound PRO, Senner Musicpro and Alpine plugs. Pretty good, if anything I'd say they are sometimes too much protection and sound levels can be hard to distinguish at lower volumes, but if playing live on stage with a good on stage mix then are perfect. If in a venue with bad monitoring, I wouldn't use them because u won't hear much!! I first tested at home and noticed right away how comfortable the earplugs are, they sit tightly inside your ears and do not bother at all. Tested a bit with my headphones and noticed they were muffling the sound but keeping it almost at the same quality, except the highs, which started to sound clearly more recessed than lows and mids. Talking with people I could still hear them clearly as well, though not as loud as I should. I am focusing on the ‘Assumed Protection Value’ or APV (dB). The APV gives an indication of the amount of decibel (dB) reduction at any given frequency. The higher the APV, the better the protection at that hearing frequency range.The high-quality filter technology filters out unwanted sounds and noise, but human voice or alarm sound can still be heard.
The Music Sound PRO model consists of two conical lamellae, which is it is especially recommended for small or medium-sized ear canals.

properly as they are difficult. When you succeed in inserting these they sit very deep in your ear canal and so you get this vacuum suction type feeling which is weird but holy hell the sound is insanely good. With these filters, you can hear literally everything in the mix and concentrate on each instrument if you want to, which is mad. I have never been able to do that at a gig. Needless to say I had no ringing walking out of the gig. Perfect. Please Note that I am not an audiologist and if in doubt should always consult with a properly trained and fully qualified professional in all medical matters; including your hearing. dB (APV) Furthermore, you can compare the various attenuations on different frequencies on these earplugs. These frequencies are standardized in the European Union and in Germany. We believe that consistent sound damping at high (H), medium (M) and low (L) frequencies contributes to preserving the sound quality.
