It is powered by 230V AC mains. In the event of mains failure, the rechargeable 10 year built in tamper-proof lithium cells will provide up to 3 months power supply in the case of a wireless RF installation or up to 6 months in any other case.

The Ei3018 is a Carbon Monoxide Alarm which contains a proven 10 year electrochemical CO sensor to detect the presence of toxic levels of Carbon Monoxide (CO). AudioLINK data extraction The Ei3018 CO Alarm contains AudioLINK technology, which allows you to extract real time data from the alarm using its sounder directly to a smartphone or tablet via an App.

The Aico Ei3018 also uses AudioLink technology (which comes pre-installed with this alarm). AudioLink allows you to hold your smartphone or tablet close to the alarm and audibly extract data such as battery and sensor status, alarm activation and testing records, and advice on dust contamination records, via the free App ( IOS, Google Play). The Ei3018 can operate as a standalone Alarm or can be interconnected either by hard-wire or wirelessly (using the EI3000MRF module) enabling it to communicate with compatible Ei Alarms and accessories. Up to 20 devices can be interconnected. The Ei3018 CO Alarm has a high performance, proven electrochemical sensor (10 year life) to sense CO presence. The sensor is individually calibrated and tested in CO gas to ensure accuracy.

Smart LINK compatible The Ei3018 CO Alarm is Smart LINK compatible, Simply plug in an Ei3000MRF module for wireless interconnection, data extraction and real-time notifications of alarm activations and events via the Smart LINK Gateway and Portal. The memory feature allows an alarm that has previously activated to be easily identified (through the red flashing LED). The alarm is fitted with a large Test/ Silence button to facilitate frequent testing of the alarm and system. The silence function allows the alarm/ system to be silenced in the case of a false/ nuisance alarms and low battery/ fault beeps.
