On 05/05/2015 I rang again as I had not received the parcel, it had been a bank holiday but I thought if it was sent on the Friday I would have received it on the Saturday. I did receive it on 05/05/2015. It has been a comedy of errors, but I will say that all of the staff I have had dealings with were polite and tried to be helpful.
