Two quibbles though: 1) There aren't any grab handles for moving it around on wheels, so moving it is a bit awkward. 2) The thermometer doesn't tighten enough to attach it firmly through the lid, so it wobbles. This BBQ measures 124 x 66 x 113 cm and it weighs 24 kg. It’s large enough to cook a lot of food – easily enough for a party of 10 – but it’s not impossible to store. We don’t have a lot of storage space at home, and still managed to find somewhere to keep it, no problem. It’s definitely a good idea to leave all screws loose whilst building the BBQ and tighten them up at the end. The first decision you have to make when buying a grill for your garden is choosing between gas and charcoal. Both have their advantages, so you need to choose one based on your specific needs.Fortunately, this BBQ has pre-drilled holes, but you’ll still need a few of your own tools to put it together. You’ll need either a flathead or crosshead screwdriver. I found that an electric screwdriver certainly made the assembly process less painful. The pre-drilled holes were all lined up pretty much perfectly, which isn’t always the case and made things a lot easier.
I also appreciated the built-in thermometer. When using the BBQ, we got the temperature up to 220°C and our food was perfectly cooked. Having an outdoor barbecue is the perfect way to make use of your outdoor garden, especially in the warmer months But to do that, you need the right BBQ grill The front door panel is another excellent touch. The door can easily be opened and extra coal loaded in. The handle stays cool to touch even when the interior is very hot. We're truly sorry to hear about the issue you encountered with your BBQ. This is certainly not the experience we expect our valued customers to have with our products. Cooking: The features are a real upgrade on my old barbecue. The ability to raise or lower the coals to control the heat is useful. I upgraded to the cast iron grilles. The burgers I cooked for the barbecue's first use were juicier than any I've cooked on anything else, with nice char lines. I've not smoked anything yet, but I'm looking forward to trying that. Also good, was that by closing the lid and vents after cooking, I was able to save the remaining unburned charcoal for my next cook, which I couldn't have done with my old open-top barbecue.

Not only that, the remainder of the barbecue only requires a simple wipe-down to keep in good shape. Thethrown of the unit is the silver handle on the hood, perfectly placed to aid in lifting the hood up and down. Additionally, there are adjustable air vents which can be used to control the air flow. This also helped to control the cooking temperature. It is actually a good design but a real pain to put together, takes about 3 hrs with all the tiny parts and screws. Once I assembled it though, I’m pleased with the product and have to say it cooks food well. – ILSC Housekeeping Customer Service Team are fantastic, we were sent the wrong cover, and the correct one was sent out to us along with a new Igniter wire for the side burner. Raul and Aman were fantastic in keeping us informed throughout and the items arrived as promised. Nothing was any issue to them and Aman also directed us to online videos to hoe to use a Smoker. We have now mastered this and enjoy all the different woods available to enhance the BBQ flavours.
