I did have to use a Scotch pad on a couple of really tough areas, but those areas are hidden, so it doesn’t matter that they have a few small scratches, but with this stuff it’s pretty easy to get things cleaned up with just the microfiber cloth. With this product, I was expecting something along the lines of a Polish that would remove small imperfections in the Chrome and bring it to a brilliant shine.
