About this deal

Yes. Reusable swim nappies are designed to be worn on their own. As long as they fit securely, they should contain any poo until you're able to take your child out of the pool. Not the BEST diaper to use for regular wear or when dry. They don’t absorb urine, so it just collects & pours out. Haven’t had any #2 accidents in the water yet, but i don’t expect to see any escapees. We filled each nappy with a peanut butter and water mixture, designed to replicate a solid stool, and put it on the doll. For secure protection in the water, Splashers Dual Leak-Guard Barriers fit snug around your baby's legs to help contain messes, making them perfect for the pool, beach, splash park and more. Next, we submerged the doll into a baby bath filled with water and moved its legs around for three minutes to replicate the movements a baby makes when swimming.

Keep in mind they aren't designed to hold in solid stools for an extended period of time, so you should leave the pool as soon as you notice your baby's nappy needs changing. Can you use a reusable swim nappy on its own? Not sure what reusable nappy to choose for your baby? See the best reusable nappy brands according to parents. While standard nappies are designed to contain liquids and solids, swim nappies work a little differently. They don't absorb as much liquid as a standard nappy, so that they don't soak up water from the pool and weigh your baby down. This means swim nappies will only contain solid stools, not urine. Each swim nappy was weighed, soaked in water for five minutes, then reweighed to see how much water it had absorbed. Ease of use

Pampers Splashers are designed with a 360°, all-around stretchy waistband that fits like swimwear and easily pulls on and off—even when wet. Prima Baby Panty Diaper is made of soft materials such as cotton. It provides a comfort for your baby wearing panties. Pampers Splashers do not swell in water like regular nappies, giving your baby a comfortable fit when wet or dry. We washed the reusable nappies according to the manufacturer instructions to assess how well it cleaned after the peanut butter and water mixture had been inside it. Parent testingNot contains BPA, Alcohol, Parabens, Dioxins, PVC• Baby Panty Diapers provide eas e of use and comfort Compared to Huggies Little Swimmers, these are way softer and don’t have scratchy velcro sides. I think these are much easier to pull up, especially when your little one is wet or has sunscreen on. Huggies look more like pull-ups and these fit more like a slip-on diaper. Size Large fits exactly how I like his regulars diapers to fit, but in water they get really water-logged and start slipping down too much (hello, baby plumber butt 🍑). It’s better when a swim diaper fits snugly, so the Mediums are perfect. They aren’t too tight in the leg openings and don’t leave any red marks...
