Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, I have not seen every 90s dance album out there, and perhaps there is one that has those extra 16 or so tracks just to add a few of the missing ones I remember, so it would be inaccurate to say this is the best collection out there! There's no great mixing on the continuous mix discs - in fact, there's barely any at all, there's just a shorter break between tracks - but that really doesn't matter. Given the ultra dodgy label this is a surprisingly good compilation of 90's music, featuring many classic tunes that if you haven't got already you'll be glad that they appear on this album. This CD is definitely a road trip CD, I've not stopped playing it since it arrived and its got some classics that I've not heard for a long time and not on any of my other CD's. Of course we all have our own opinions, and I'm sure that most will gripe about omissions that they would have liked to see on there, personally given the type of music featured I can only think of Orbital's Chime that is for me a glaring omission from the 90's decade. The term Various Artists is used in the record industry when numerous singers and musicians collaborate on a song or collection of songs. If you are looking for some of those old classic independent club white label tracks, this is not the album for you.

Yes no album is ever going to have ALL the songs you remember but that is inevitable, this one comes pretty close, well certainly for me!
