Both Logitech G733 and G535 don’t offer much with their two adjustment notches, and you cannot rotate their cups either. The earcups themselves are dual-layered with memory foam and finished in a sport-like fabric, providing amazing comfort and great noise isolation. Whilst it doesn’t quite match leatherette in terms of noise isolation they are more than adequate and the memory foam makes for an almost pressure-free fit. I’d also say it’s a plus that they are extremely breathable, reduce sweat and work well with glasses, which I find most harder leatherette cups do not. The plastic construction feels good, although given this is a lightweight headset, it may feel a smidgen cheap to some. The G535’s looks are pretty understated, and there isn’t much in the way of padding, especially around the headband.

Moving on to the cups, this is where 99% of the difference between the G733 and G535 lies. Design-wise they are almost identical having the same shape, but the G535 does not feature RGB strips on the front. This is an easy way for Logitech to reduce the price of the G535, and although I quite like the RGB on the front of the G733 I can fully appreciate why it’s absent from the G535. The flip-to-mute microphone on the G535 is fixed, meaning there is no physical mute button. As a result, the controls on the G535’s cups are limited to a charging port (USB Type C), an ON/OFF button and a volume dial. The Logitech G733 Headphones are comfortable to wear. Users can enjoy it for long hours without getting a headache.
The Logitech G535 Lightspeed is an intriguing gaming headset, featuring one of the most left-field designs of any model I’ve ever tested. The Logitech G535 has a ski-band headband design along with a reversible fabric strap. One side of the strap is purple, while the other side is blue. It’s possible that the G535 is a Best Buy exclusive a la the HyperX Cloud Core Wireless and that they’re just not marketing it, but that’s so weird. Usually a new headset launch is accompanied by proud PR materials and fancy videos, not silence.However, that’s canceled out by their overly emphasized mid and high bass. You can enjoy that extra boom and groove through these headsets.
