The Samsung DA29-10105J is a genuine Samsung external fridge filter with carbon filtration to improve taste whilst reducing chlorine and odours. Also known as Samsung HAFEX/EXP. The Samsung Aqua-Pure Plus DA2910105J is an external fridge filter designed to attach directly to the water line feeding into your fridge This is reset MANUALLY and is simply a 6-month timer that has no digital connection to the filter. If your light comes on early then you have likely held the button for too long and changed the setting. Please reference your fridge manual for instructions on how to change this. Connect the inlet and outlet tubing to the appropriate end of the filter by firmly pushing until tightly sealed. Please note: The Samsung DA29-10105J is the correct filter for ALL Samsung refrigerators that have an external fridge filter connected via. tubing.
