Disconnect the PS Camera and reconnect it. Long press the PS button and go to Sound/Devices. If the PS Camera is recognised, you will see the option Mute Microphone for PlayStation Camera on this menu. Hold the headset by the top of the headband (A), press the headband release button (E) and pull the front section forward.

Your PSVR camera should be above your TV, angled in such a way that it ha a clear field of view with your head in the center. Distance from the camera can vary but keeping it at least a couple of feet away works best. Clean the PS Camera lenses using a clean, dry microfibre cloth. While seated, place your feet on the controller and tilt them in the direction you want to move; control your movement speed with the angle you tilt the controller, stop and turn in an instant, and free up your hands to focus on aiming. To connect a PSVR to a PC, you'll need to at least install one piece of software. We're going to use Trinus PSVR for this article. The Playroom is a free app that comes pre-installed on to all PS4 consoles, but requires the Camera to actually play. If you don't have the PS Camera, opening this game just plays a trailer. Now that you're up and running, it's time to tweak your setup. Sure, out of the box, PSVR usually works well enough, but unless you're playing in a dark 12 ft. x 12 ft. cave, things won't be perfect.
