If both sections of the LED bar are lit up then you have a problem with your battery or charger. It is most likely overheating so simply remove it from the charger and let it cool before attempting to charge it again. When the flashing red light turns solid your battery has been fully charged. At this point, you can remove the battery from the charger and use it in your power tool.
