About this deal

The C24 is suitable to irrigate one of the stated maximum planting quantities, or a combination thereof. Side Bung (3/4" BSP) with O-ring (please ensure this is fitted with a 2 pence piece or a flat wide tool not a screwdriver, this will damage the bung and result in leakage)

A water butt is a container used to collect rainwater typically used for garden irrigation. In a rainwater harvesting system, rain water flows from the roof down a downpipe (drainpipe), through the diverter , and then into the water butt. Typically all diverters act as the overflow when the water butt is full - when installed at the correct height. Some of the diverters we supply also act as filters. Use this rainwater diverter guide to learn more. The Original Prestige Wall Mounted Water Butt is a novel, simple, British-designed and manufactured water butt which is perfect for the garden. In summer months or periods of drought, dry spells and hosepipe bands this is where your water butt really plays its part. You can save and store your rainwater through out the year and especially in the winter months, then when it gets to those dry summer months, you will have water on hand to maintain your garden. Rainwater has its benefits over tap water, firstly its free and you can store as much rainwater as you want . Rain water is also better for your garden plants as it won't contain any of the chemicals used to filter and clean like tap water has. The alternative way to capture rainwater is to allow the downpipe to enter the water butt directly. In this scenario an overflow is required to prevent the water overflowing the water butt. A leaf catcher at the inlet of the tank is also useful to prevent leaves and debris entering the tank. The diverter then automatically shuts off the flow to the water butt when full. Collecting rainwater with the Gutter Mate is both simple and efficient, whether you are saving rainwater to a water butt, tank or a full rainwater harvesting system. We manufacture quality water tanks from high grade polyethylene. Our professional design and manufacturing processes is all done 'in house' which allows us to offer you bespoke design and a next day service if required. All our tanks use UK standard fittings which mean you can use any of your existing fittings. The huge 650 litre capacity will help you water the garden for free during the drier periods of summer.

When a water butt is fixed to a wall, it takes up very little space. This is a massive bonus when choosing which water butt to buy. It can also be fixed to the wall at a suitable height for its owner to collect water from the tap. The New Slimline 650 Litre Water Butt is slim and easy to slide into those tight areas. Comes in many colour choices. The Manhattan City Water Butt Planter proved such a success that we decided to release a sibling, similar to the Manhattan City but with a twist! This 200 Litre rainwater harvesting water butt offers a great alternative to traditional style waterbutts, it is easily wall mounted and being only 20cm deep is an unobtrusive and practical way of storing harvested rainwater. Perfect for along a tight driveway. Here you will find all you need to know about rainwater harvesting, which includes an informative guide about rainwater harvesting, the benefits, different systems set ups and how rainwater harvesting is used and how it can save you money.

Limited offer: Buy one item from the Prestige Range and receive 10% off a second Prestige Range item. (Lower priced item will be discounted)* Biggest is not always the best or the most effective in collecting rainwater. The more you can store the better, however there is a common misconception. The UK has short intense bursts of rainfall in the summer when rainwater is needed the most. This means that the in conventional water butts the diverter throttles the flow before the water butt is full meaning precious rainwater is lost down the down pipe when it is needed the most. The Prestige water butt is different, it collects the rainwater flowing down the downpipe until full and then overflows. We're often asked what capacity is required? This will typically depend on the current watering regime (demand) and the number of days drought protection required. Use this water butt sizing guide to learn more.

They are also frost resistant unlike the cheaper, thinner substitutes which have a greater chance of splitting in cold weather. We also produce a range of wall mounted water butts.

Being mounted above ground allows easy access to the tap or for hose connection. The super slim design means this can be fitted in the tightest of spaces. The super slim design also limits the forces ( eccentric moment) exerted on the supporting wall. An attractive wall-mounted water butt that can be easily fixed to the house wall or outbuilding at a convenient height. The compact design will fit in to the tightest of places and the tap (included) can be fitted either side of the butt for easy access. The weight of the tank and the water in it is supported with the base of the tank placed on the ground or a suitably designed plinth. The ground or the plinth should be level and flat in both pains with no protrusion which could damage the base of the tank.

This space saving water butt includes two outlet connections at the bottom of the water butt and can be used with the tap supplied or for connecting to other water butt to 'dasiy chain' and increase capacity. This Universal Rain Trap Diverter comes with a 0.5m quality flexible connecting hose, so your water butt doesn't have to be directly in front of a down pipe. Hose Dimension Diameter: 25m. Not suitable for cast iron downpipes. A loss/replacement can only be pursued in line with the target delivery times of the courier or once the courier accept loss. Consider a 80mm central blanking cap if the central inlet hole is not used (e.g, linked water butts)
