Induction and Onboarding – Starting a new job can be daunting, and depending on the size of the company and the number of new starters, those first few days can end up being chaotic, confusing, and disappointing. It was a great and exciting feeling to start this journey! And here I am, at the end of it, graduated from the LFX Mentorship program, writing this blog. It was wonderful, everything that I expected it to be, and even more so in the 3 months! I am writing this blog about my experience in this mentorship. LFX Mentorship? What’s that?

Trying to process unresolved feelings without the presence of the other party can feel difficult — and even impossible.

Why did people feel the need to set principles, and even make laws about this? If you zoom out enough, the answer becomes intuitive. Creating systems at scale for developing mentorship relationships can positively impact knowledge transfer, thus increasing progress velocity. We are proud to say that we have worked with many students and organisations to help students grow in confidence and learn the importance of their chosen course, to ensure that they have the best start going forward. Joanne Holden has provided a positive, warm, and supportive class environment for me to practice and learn in. Her encouragement and guidance, and ability to listen, hear, and respond to questions is invaluable. Her open-minded, honest, and humble approach in discussing phenomena and experiences is reassuring. Her authenticity in sharing her own experiences has helped me to trust and have confidence in her as an excellent experienced medium and mentor. Her care and concern for every student has really helped me to feel relaxed and nurtured and to enjoy our classes and feel comfortable and unafraid to make mistakes or fail. Her friendly, patient, respectful, and disciplined teaching style ensures that every student has a full opportunity to develop at their own pace, working to the best of their ability within the guidelines of the principles and practice skill set developed by Mavis and Jean.

After each online class, including Suzanne’s Master Practitioner sessions, digital video will be available for you to stream in a high-quality format. You’ll never have to worry about missing a session, and you can watch them anytime at your convenience.We don’t allow parallel participation and also once you graduate from LFX mentorship, you won’t be able to apply again. Our mentorships are one-time opportunities. While you may eventually make a living as a medium, the joy of creating such transformative and liberating experiences — bridging the physical and spiritual worlds and experiencing the profound connections that result — is a reward in itself. Throughout the mentorship program, you will learn how to access and trust your intuitive abilities, recognize the signs and symbols from your Spirit team, and strengthen your connection to the Divine.
