Cleaning prior to treatment ensures the paint bonds to the surface well and ensures durability. Use Leather Cleaning Brush to effectively remove all ingrained dirt. Cleaning removes dirt but for long lasting results you should also de-grease usingDegreaser.Use a sponge to apply the colour evenly, working from seam to seam. Dry afterwards with a hair dryer. On small spots, a one application is sufficient. Apply multiple thin layers and dry each layer using a hair dryer.A day later, after it dries, apply Leather Protector. It gives the leather a good sheen and helps blend the repair. It contains antioxidants, which stops the leather's decay, and its UV filters protect the surfaces of old and valuable leathers from bleaching and fading. Also keeps the leather supple. The leather filler remains flexible, durable & natural to the existing leather surface. A safe-to-use, gentle leather cleaner capable of removing even the toughest of stains from leather. Cleaning with a sponge to create a foaming action, the cleaner gets into the grain and lifts out dirt easily. A. Yes, however, for the Balm to work the leather must be absorbent or scratched to a lighter colour. You can test if your leather is absorbent by dropping a small drip of water onto the leather’s surface. If it soaks in, then this is the ideal product for you. If the water does not absorb, we recommend using either our Complete Leather Repair Kit for small areas or our Leather Colourant Kit for larger areas. After the compound application, to ensure the compound is not able to be seen it is advised to finish with All In One Leather Colourant.
