Yes – but only moulds made of hard acrylic that have been designed in our 3D department. They will have a unique number stamped on the actual mould which we need for future reference. We retain files for a maximum of 1 year – longer on request. However if the mould was made as an urgent request, it has probably been made in the traditional way and we will therefore require a new impression. printing technology produces excellent results. The ear mould matches the fit of the original impression as closely as possible, providing optimum benefit and comfort. Availability for this service includes 3D manufactured Hard Acrylic, UV Acrylic, Soft Acrylic, Soft-tip and Silicone including Microflex and Biopor moulds. Also any other impressions scanned upon request. There are exceptions where moulds have been made using manual methods. These impressions will not have been scanned. Please refer to the Minerva mould chart to find the mould types available for the material selected.
